The more information you can provide, the more accurate your initial quote will be. Ideally, please have rough measurements of your door opening (height and width), a few photos of the existing space, and any inspiration images or styles you are drawn to. Also, consider your primary goals: Are you focused on aesthetics, security, energy efficiency, or a balance of all three? This information gives our consultants a fantastic starting point for our conversation.
Yes, absolutely. While our workshop and primary installation team are based in Craftsville, we serve clients across the country and even internationally. For projects outside our local service area, we have a network of trusted, certified installation partners. Alternatively, we can work directly with your preferred builder or contractor, providing them with detailed installation guides and remote support to ensure a perfect fit. We handle all logistics, including secure, custom-crated shipping to your location.
Yes, your initial consultation with a member of our design team is completely complimentary and without obligation. During this session, we will discuss your project, answer your questions, and provide you with a preliminary estimate based on our conversation. The goal of this first meeting is for us to understand your vision and for you to understand our process and capabilities. A formal design retainer is only required if you wish to proceed to the detailed 3D modeling and technical specification stage.
